How to send vouchers
To send a voucher, please click on the ‘Send voucher’ link in your shopping basket. To send a voucher, we need the following information from you: First name and surname of the recipient. A valid e-mail address of the recipient. The desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit). A short message to the recipient. Please check your details again before sending. You can correct your details at any time before sending.
Shopping with vouchers.
As soon as you have a credit balance, you can use it to pay for your order. You have the option of redeeming your credit during the order process. If the credit balance is less than the value of the goods, you must select your preferred payment method for the difference. If your credit exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining credit will of course be available for your next order.
